The Zinfandel grape brought from Italy is not only entering Bodrum but also Turkey for the first time. You can join tasting groups in the pleasant courtyard of Karnas or enjoy the delicious dishes of Chef Aslı, pairing the wines of your choice. In addition to wines, you can also buy traditional jams, lavender honey, olives, olive oil and vinegar produced in their garden.
